Yes!  Unless it's specifically labeled as an upcycled or curated item, you can be sure I used my own hands to make it.

I cannot any accept returns.  My items are handmade, and I cannot resell them with the same assurance of quality.  However, I will be glad to communicate via email about any quality concerns.  Email thesimpletrove@gmail.com and put Quality Concern in the heading. 

I will always tell you to hand wash items and dry them flat.  Each item has wash instructions in the product details.

You can choose shipping times at checkout - I usually ship USPS Priority or Ground Advantage.

Item processing times can vary, but will be listed in the Product Description. If no time is listed, it is a ready-to-ship item.
